With effect from now, I will be emigrating from the UK to Greece and expect to arrive there on Thursday 1st March.

From now until I arrive I will try my best to get some Net access to check these forums and my email at this domain.

Please be warned, my support will be very intermittment over the next week or so because my priorities have changed and I must now concentrate on finding a place to live and work and get myself setup once more to offer my unrivalled support.

I would like to apologise for this now, I shall continue to offer the very best help and support for my NebuCart customers, just not over the next week or three until I get myself settled in Kefalonia, Greece.

Absolutely essential questions that have not been answered before will have priority over those that are already available on these forums, so please spend some time searching for answers to your questions before you request help from me.

In addition, please use these forums in preference to email, as there may be other users who can answer your questions before I can.

Once I arrive in Kefalonia, I will seek out Internet Cafes from where I can gain regular access to check these forums until such time that I have found a place to live that has broadband access, this may take some time...

Thank you for your understanding in this matter, I appreciate your loyalty and your continued support of NebuCart.

Further to my previous post, I am now sort of online, albeit VERY SLOW, notice how I shouted that VERY SLOW?...

I am still trying to get email servers to send email from my machine so I can reply to your requests, so sit tight and I apologise for the time it's taken me to get "almost" sorted...

I'm now working hard 12 hour days so the majority of my spare time is taken up with sleeping. We have managed to get unpacked and apart from the petrifying earth-quake the other day, all is going well, if only things could be a bit more organised and quicker here...

This will make you laugh...

I had to get some papers sorted so I could start work and after travelling round the capital for 3 hours chasing down all the different departments who come together to form their somewhat confusing government, I eventually had one required piece of paper stamped 8 times by the same person.

Just imagine that for a moment... This person has a draw full of rubber stamps and spends all day stamping a single piece of paper for all that go to see her.

And who said computers would change the world?...

If you're awaiting support responses, I apologise for the apparent lack of customer support at present, this is due to the almost intolerable internet situation I now find myself in here in Greece where I emigrated two months ago.

When I do get online successfully, I have just about enough bandwidth to download my emails, most of which are bounces where some people enter a false email address when trying the cart.

Not only does this take time, but congests my server and inbox, I'm averaging 4 bounces to every download and currently have around 5 downlaods per day, which means around 20 bounced emails for which I get the error report. Not amusing when you consider the cost of this very slow dial-up and the time it takes to download.

I am desperately seeking a Satellite Internet solution that can provide me and my immediate neighbours with broadband access to help pay for the service. If you can offer any help in this area, please use my profile to contact me with details and pricing.

I consider my support the backbone of the NebuCart product, but am presently finding it difficult to maintain any sort of reliable customer service for which I am deeply sorry and concerned over.

Please consider this when you have customer support enquiries or requests for bespoke code. I still have not been able to get a mail server configured for sending emails from my computer where I can include code and attachments, so must go to great lengths to get any code emailed out.

Where possible, I will include bespoke code on this forum, for everyone to use, in the meantime, if you are awaiting code please allow me some time to get it to you.

I thank you for your patience and consideration while I try my best to get customer support and service back to the same level as you would have experienced when I was in the UK.

I can only apologise for this and I do understand that my help is what makes the difference to your online presence which is why I am trying many different possibilities to get and maintain internet access.

With immediate effect, I am now in a position to continue to offer my complete and unrivalled support for NebuCart.

It's been a difficult year for me while I've been settling into my new life here in Greece, but now with a somewhat reliable connection to the internet I can now continue where I left off and offer the kind of support you will not find elsewhere.

The weather and power supply here does create certain challenges, but I'm now back on track to make NebuCart the number one e-commerce solution, so please do not hesitate to contact me for help and support or leave your message here on the forum in a relevant thread.
